R&B Icons Joe & Stokely Shut #Brooklyn Down for the 2023 BRIC #Juneteenth UnityFest!
Official concert flier for the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Juneteenth UnityFest featuring R&B singer Joe.

Brooklyn, N.Y. was outside last Saturday, June 17th for the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Juneteenth UnityFest concert featuring Joe and Stokely, former lead singer of early 90’s R&B group Mint Condition. It was a packed house at the Lena Horne Bandshell located in Brooklyn’s historic Prospect Park. Fans from all over came to see Joe and Stokely perform their classic hits and the two R&B icons did not disappoint! Stokely took the crowd way back with his classic “Breakin’ My Heart (Pretty Brown Eyes)” while Joe had everyone singing each one of his hit songs word for word. “Don’t Wanna Be A Player,” “Thank God I Found You,” “All the Things (Your Man Won’t Do),” “Faded Pictures” and “The Love Scene” were just some of the classics that Joe serenaded the fans with. The weather was right and it was a fun night in Brooklyn for all! Thank you to BRIC for hosting such a wonderful show! -xoxo #BrooklynGirlCode 🎤🎶😎
